Service Agreement

Effective as of 08/09/2025

  1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or accepting any service from Street IT Consulting Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), whether in person, remotely, by phone, or online, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Service Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not request or accept service.

  1. Agreement Overview

This agreement is made between Street IT Consulting Services LLC and the acknowledging client for the provision of computer and technology support services. 

  1. Scope of Services

Street IT Consulting Services LLC will provide technical support services including, but not limited to:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Network configuration and diagnostics
  • Virus/malware removal
  • Data backup and recovery attempts
  • Device setup and optimization
  • Technology consultation and training
  • Remote support where applicable
  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
1. Provide accurate information about your devices, systems, and issues to the best of your abilities.
2. Ensure you have necessary backups of important data before work begins.
3. Provide safe and reasonable access to your equipment and environment.

  1. Data Loss & Liability Waiver

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, you acknowledge:
– Risk of Data Loss: Technical work can result in partial or complete loss of data.
– Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups.
– Waiver: You release Street IT Consulting Services LLC from any liability related to data loss, corruption, or downtime arising from our work.

  1. Hardware & E-Waste Disposal

If you request device pickup for recycling or destruction:
– A Transfer of Ownership Agreement must be signed and following signing, all ownership of the device or device(s) in the scope of the agreement transfers to Street IT Consulting Services LLC upon pickup.
– We may repurpose, recycle, or dispose of equipment at our discretion.
– If data destruction is requested, we will use industry-standard methods and, upon request, provide a Certificate of Erasure (Where applicable) or a Certificate of Physical Destruction.

  1. Payment Terms

– Payment is due 30 days after an invoice is issued upon completion of services unless otherwise stated by the Service Provider at the time of service, or in writing.
– Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card
– Late payments may incur fees in accordance with Kansas law.

  1. Remote Support

If remote access is granted, you authorize us to connect to and control your device for the duration of the session. All connections are logged and will be terminated immediately upon request or at end of service

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.

  1.  Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

  1.  Warranties & Guarantees

Street IT Consulting Services LLC does not warrant any specific result or guarantee that services will resolve all issues. If a problem persists, reasonable follow-up support may be provided at the discretion of Street IT Consulting Services LLC

  1.  Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the time of termination.
